“I want no epitaphs of profound history and all that type of thing. I contributed – I would hope they would say that, and I would hope somebody liked me.” – Brian Clough on how he would like to be remembered.
Do you remember Brian Clough? Then you may be interested in this very special item we are auctioning along with other items for the MNDA.
This genuine ‘Brian Clough Way‘ metal road sign was specially made for the recent documentary, ‘Shaun Barker – One more time‘, and has been donated by local film director, Ashley Carter. We are auctioning this along with other items which have been donated for our fundraising for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
A silent auction will run until 3pm on Friday 14th July. To bid for any of these items, please follow the links to the bidding slip and bidding information below. Your bid must be received in accordance with these rules. Good luck everyone and a huge thank you to donors of all items in our Auction.
If you play a wind or brass instrument we want you to join us! We meet on Wednesday lunchtimes in Room 19 (Mr Quenby‘s room).
Playing in a group is brilliant for teamwork, listening to each other, and building self-confidence, plus you get a chance to show off your amazing skills in public. If you have any questions, please feel free to speak to one of us.
